Marvin O. Guttu, born to Olaf F. and Serena (Berge) Guttu in Carbury, N.D., August 22, 1917. Went home to be with the Lord on December 5, 2004.Survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Elizabeth Â"BettyÂ" Guttu; son Dr. Ronald (Holly) Guttu of Mt Vernon, WA; daughter, Susan Sawyer of Tacoma; four grandchildren, Bryan, Erik, Amber, and Lauren; one great granddaughter, Eden Mae; two brothers, Vernon (Elva) of Camas, WA, and Howard of Antioch, CA.He is also survived by his stepson, James (Connie) Zawacki of Birch Bay, WA; stepdaughter, Patricia (William) Sinclair of Dousman, WI; seven step grandchildren; eleven step great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM Â- 9:00 PM, Thursday, December 9, 2004 at Mt. View Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, December 10, 2004 in the Mountain View Valley Chapel.
