Martin "Marty" Nehl's Obituary
Martin (Marty) Nehl was born in Fort Knox, KY in 1955, passed away on April 17th, 2024 from complications from surgery. Marty was a child of the military and traveled to many states before his parents, Bill and Mary Nehl, who proceeded him death, settled in Washington. Marty went to Lakes High School and graduate in 1973.
Marty came from a large Catholic family and had seven brothers and sisters, William Nehl (Kari), Patricia Loew (Mike), Yvonne Ginoulis (Steve) and Brenda Valentine and numerous nieces and nephews. He is proceeded in death by his parents, Bill and Mary, brothers Robert, Mark and Gregory (Steven)
Marty was never married so he put all his love and joy into his dogs, Trooper, Riley, Cloe, Marley, Sammy, Oliver, Quincy and Meg. Those were his loves of his life and enjoyed dog watching of each and everyone of them. Those dogs brought him the most joy, especially Trooper.
Marty’s favorite color is yellow so instead of sending flowers, we ask that you plant some sort of yellow flower or plant to remember him by. Marty will be laid to rest at Mountain View Cemetery in the Liberty Bell Mausoleum.
He will be greatly missed by all his family and the dogs.
