Martin Timothy Locke – 47 years old, of Yelm, Washington was received into the hands of his Lord Jesus Christ on September 28, 2013.
Born the youngest son of James & Elizabeth Locke on October 11, 1965 in Twin falls, Idaho. His birth was heralded a miracle by medical professionals. He grew up in Tacoma.
He is the 7th of the 8 children born to Jim & Betty Locke.
Marty had a kind heart, a gentle giant. He was a giving man. He would give his own shirt off his back for someone else in need. Marty’s humor & laughter would fill the room. He loved teasing his nieces and nephews. His laugh will not be forgotten.
Marty’s soul mate and love, Terri Coleman was devoted to his life and care for years.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, father and several nieces and a nephew.
He leaves behind his love, Terri Coleman, and his mother Elizabeth Locke. Also survived by siblings Madlyn (Craig) Sheperd of Twin Falls, Idaho, Michael (Kathy) Locke of Yelm, WA, Mark (Penny) Locke of Hagerman, Idaho, Marsha (Dreu) Justus of Tenino, WA, Matthew (Amy) Locke of Tacoma, WA, Marvin Locke of Twin Falls, Idaho, Michelle (Romeo) Saguid of Tacoma, WA, many nieces, nephews and friends including his childhood friends Tom, Lloyd and Glen.
We will all deeply miss him.
