To the family of Marjory Wright from the family of Connie Hellyer:
The friendship between Marjory and Connie was dear to them both and a delight to our families. For as much as a year at Narrows Glen, they breakfasted together every day. It is perhaps no coincidence that they passed on within a month of each other. Both bright spirits, they shared a kindliness, depth of thought., and spark of humor.
I myself (Connie's elder daughter) was privileged to read Marjory's novel before it was published. What an inspiring story! What an insightful writer!
We of the Hellyer family send heartfelt sympathy to your family on your loss. I'd also like to thank you for sending flowers. They arrived as we three daughters were packing up mother's room, and cheered us all.
How blessed we are to have known and loved these two wonderful women.

Dear Leonard, Joyce, Loren and Carl. I remember Marjory so fondly. I spent a summer with her the year I was 15 and over the years I have thought of her often. I was in WA for the past 2 weeks and thought of her. She was a caring thoughtful person who taught a young girl something she needed to know. Thank the good Lord that our dear Margie is home! The world was a better place for her life, and there will be reminders of her forever, a true Mother of Israel. I will always smile when I think of running into Aunt Marjory at Safeway. She always was ready for a hug and twinkle in her eye. Thank you Aunt Marjory for always being so kind to me. Aunt Marjory was a special women. Always taking care of others, with a twinkle and bit of good-hearted mischievousness & wit! I may have met her when I was little back in the south visiting Grandma and Pop in Florida. I don't have memories of that ... But my first real memory was when we moved to Oregon and visited and met Weldon's family for the first time in WA. I was a young teenager and I had a headache. She said, "Give me your hand, dear" with that gleam in her eye. She proceeded to give me my first reflexology session. In a minute my headache was gone! :) So happy to hear she passed away peacefully, and so glad I got to visit, even if briefly, most recently. Hugs and love to all the family. This most dear and genuine soul will be missed here on earth.
