Marjorie "Harper" Petree's Obituary
Marjorie (Harper) Petree, Born Marjorie Tabor on April 15, 1940 and went to heaven February 1, 2019.
In 1957 she married Edgar Harper and together welcomed and raised Mike, Debbie, Kim, Lori, Chris and Jim. She enjoyed retirement from many jobs, lastly as a supervisor for Pedersens. She was an active member and officer for the Tacoma Eagles and enjoyed travel, criss-crossing the country in their R.V. and many trips to Hawaii.
She cared for dad until his death in 2006. Spoiling her grandchildren and great grandchildren were her greatest joys. In 2012 she married Carl Petree and shared many adventures before his death in 2014.
She is greatly loved and survived by her children Debbie (Stan Green) Kidd, Kim (Steve) Coxen, Lorna Duncan, Chris Harper, Jim Harper, her 11 grandchildren (and spouses) and 9 great grandchildren, her sister Peggy Dummitt, Pete's family and many loving brother and sister in laws, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Funeral and graveside services will be held Mt.View and followed by lunch reception at Tacoma Eagles 4810 S. Tacoma Way, Tacoma.
