Marjorie P. Sater's Obituary
Marjorie Pearl Howe Sater
January 9, 1923-January 4, 2013
Beloved wife, mother, friend and caregiver. Born in Gig Harbor, WA and graduating from Vaughan Union High School, May 17, 1940, with high honors.
On March 9, 1941 she married Vernon D. Sater, and they had 45 wonderful years together prior to his passing.
Although her favorite activities included traveling, shopping, and eating out, she was first in line to give her time caring for others; including her mother, sister, brother-in-law and friends. She was always there for her family, as a loyal wife and loving mother.
She is survived by her son, Derrol H. Sater (and wife Rebecca), daughter, Gail Oxford (and husband David), four grandchildren, Marin Sater, Candra Milhonic, Tony Rios, and Marcy Jullian, and three great-grandchildren, Sarah Jullian, Laynie and Peter Milhonic.
There will be a memorial service at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, 1/9/13 in the Mountain View Garden Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the National Parkinson Foundation at www.parkinson.org.
Arrangements by Mountain View Funeral Home.
