Marie M. Ayers was born on May 18, 1937 in Greenhill, NC to McVeigh and Agnes Craine, She is the 3rd of 7 children 5 of which she is preceded in death by and she is survived by 1 (Sue E. Smith) Marie passed away peacefully in her home Saturday January 9, 2016.
she married Robert F. Ayers in S.C July 1,1966, He was military which led her to Washington, they later divorced in 1981 together they had 2 children Judy A. Tankersley (Dave –Spouse) And Robert D. Ayers
She was a loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed the simple things in life like fishing, gardening, talking to her sister on the phone and relaxing days at home.
She is survived by both children and 4 grand children Kaitlin A. Yates, Maranda M. Mellor, Crystal M. Tankersley & Chase M. Mckee
