Marian PieferBorn, Marian Blum on June 17, 1925 in Lincoln, Nebraska. Passed away September 28, 2004. She was a veteran of the U. S. Navy. Enjoyed her leisure time boating with beloved husband (deceased) Raymond. In later years, enjoyed golfing. She is survived by sons, Jerry (Mary) Piefer of Puyallup, Tom (Terri) Piefer of Milton-Freewater, OR, daughter, Sharon Wood of Tacoma, and seven grandchildren (Diana, Marco, Jennifer, Jackie, Becky, Christina, Craig and 13 great grandchildren. Also one brother, Walter (Lorraine) Blum of Gig Harbor, and two sisters, Bertha Powell of Beaverton, OR, and Esther Welch of Puyallup.Memorial Donations may be made to Make-A-Wish Foundation, 3550 North Central Avenue, Suite 300, Phoenix, AZ 85012.A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, October 4, 2004, at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church, 2303 54th Avenue East, Fife. Rosary will begin at 10:30 AM, Monday, October 4, 2004, at St. Martin of Tours. Graveside services will follow Mass at Mountain View Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 2:00 PM Â- 9:00 PM, Sunday, October 3, 2004, at Mountain View Funeral Home
