Marian Virginia Kessler's Obituary
Marian Virginia Kessler Virginia Kessler passed away peacefully on December 31, 2015 at the age of 92. She was born to Paul and Marian Heffelfinger on December 4, 1923 in Yakima, WA.
At the age of 9 her family moved to Tacoma, WA. Virginia graduated from Stadium High School, Class of 1942. She is survived by her loving husband of 70 years, Alfred Kessler, her son Ken Kessler, daughter-in-law Joan Kessler, 3 grandchildren, Kirk Kessler, Erik Kessler, and Whitney Weaver, 10 great-grandchildren, and special family member Joseph Owens.
Virginia was a talented seamstress and she enjoyed making her own clothing and clothing for her family. She enjoyed annual trips to Hawaii, and she was fortunate to visit family in Switzerland. She will be remembered for her love and devotion to her family.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
