Margaret Elaine Hauge's Obituary
Margaret Elaine Hauge, 88, of Tacoma passed away October 20, 2021 with her daughter and son by her side.
Margaret was born December 9, 1932 in Bemidji, MN to Rudolph and Emma (Oase) Moe the youngest of five siblings. She attended school in Bemidji where she met and married her beloved Norman L. Hauge. They moved to Tacoma in 1954 where they made their home and started their family.
Margaret’s love for animals was only exceeded by her love of family and friends. She adored her only grandchild, Heather, her TootieTot.
Margaret is survived by her sons Rod Hauge (Mary) of Gillette, WY and Mark Hauge of Tacoma, daughter Kathi Bethke (Frank) of Milton, granddaughter Heather Bethke of Scottsdale, AZ and numerous nieces and nephews who loved her and affectionally knew her as “Buggy.”
She was preceded in death by her husband Norman, her parents, sister Ruby Hoff, and brothers Arne Moe, Harold Moe and Lowell Moe.
Margaret requested no funeral be held but a celebration of life is being planned for the spring.
