Margaret Alsbury's Obituary
Margaret J. Alsbury Passed away peacefully in her sleep on September 27th, 2010 while living at the home of her son and daughter-in-law. She was born February 13, 1916 in Clearwater, KS to Earl and Ina Williams. Margaret grew up in Benton City, WA and it was there that she met the love of her life, her husband LeeRoy Alsbury. They spent 70 wonderful years together. Margaret was preceded in death by her husband LeeRoy Alsbury, and son Tom Alsbury. She is survived by her son Don (Eileen) Alsbury, grandchildren Rob (Dana) Alsbury, Shelly (Brian) Knoll, and Todd (Amy) Alsbury, Jeff and John Alsbury, Lisa Jane (Nigel) Bakewell, and great-grandchildren Madison and Matthew Knoll, Grant Alsbury, and Aaron and Kolbe Bakewell. During their retirement years, Margaret and LeeRoy loved to travel together and see the world. They enjoyed spending the cold winters in sunny Arizona and traveling with their trailer club. She loved gardening, sewing, and time with her family. The family would like to thank Catholic Community Services and Hospice for the wonderful care and assistance they provided.
