Margaret A. Barnhart January 31, 1914~ January 4, 2012 Margaret Alta Barnhart, 97, passed away, surrounded by her loving family, on Wednesday, January 4, 2012 in Milton, WA. She was born on January 31, 1914 to James H. and Clara B. (Elder) White in Calgary, Alberta. Margaret's family will always remember her ingenious frugal ways to make a little go a long way to meet the family's needs. She was a talented seamstress, crocheter and knitter, creating beautiful things for her friends and family. She is survived by her daughter Sharon (Jim) Duschel and son Don Huber; sisters Irene Burk and Shirley Sorenson and brother Glenn White. Margaret also leaves behind five generations of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Oscar, son Leo Huber, sisters Elsie Olson and Doris Wilson and brother Jim White. A memorial service will be held at 12 noon, Tuesday, January 10, 2012 at Grace Place Church, 3801 South Union Ave #A, Tacoma, WA with a reception to follow, Pastor Danny Thomas officiating.
