Born April 26, 1930 and journeyed on peacefully to Paradise May 27, 2016 surrounded by his loved ones. CPO Sampaga proudly served in the Navy from 1955-1977. Viewing at Mt. View Funeral Home, starting at 9 a.m. Sunday, June 5, 2016; Funeral Mass with Rosary at St. John Bosco, 10:30 am on Monday, June 6, 2016. Interment at Mt. View immediately following.
