Tillotson, Marc Stephen's Obituary
Marc Stephen Tillotson passed away on June 15, 2026, following multiple cardiac arrests. He was 57 years old.
Born on February 28, 1969, in Oslo, Norway, Marc spent his early years at Ft. Belvoir, Virginia, and Ewa Beach, Hawaii, before settling in Lakewood, Washington, where he attended Oakbrook, Hudtloff, and Lakes High School.
Marc went on to earn a degree in Zoology from Washington State University, followed by a Doctor of Chiropractic degree — awarded Magna Cum Laude — from Palmer College of Chiropractic. It was there that he met fellow chiropractor Tiffany Thomas. The two were married at her family's orange grove in San Diego, and together they returned to Lakewood to build both a life and a practice, opening Tillotson Chiropractic Clinic. They welcomed two sons, Thomas Jeremy and Andrew Stephen.
In 2023, Marc and Tiffany retired, embracing a new chapter filled with cross-country travel, disc golf, and cherished time with friends and family.
Marc was preceded in death by his parents and his older brother, Carl Exum. He is survived by his beloved wife Tiffany; his sons Thomas and Andrew; his sister Nola, brother-in-law Chris Peterson; and his niece Alexandra. He will be deeply and dearly missed.
The Tillotson family is hosting a celebration of Marc's life Sunday June 28th from 2 to 4 pm at Mountain View Funeral Home. We look forward to seeing and sharing stories and memories of Marc with you. In addition the family will be having a viewing if you wish to participate and say your goodbyes. 💖
