To a great guy, and a special friend, Sayonara. I remember all the good times we had together and will never forget them. Laughling and joking every minute during our fun times. God be with you and your family.##imported-begin##Dean Sugimoto##imported-end##

DEAR MANNY's FAMILY- I have known Manny for quite a few years, both through our Special Forces Assn. as well as bumping into him around the Lakewood/Tacoma community. I never actually served with him in S.F., but we had several common friends and many similar S.F. experiences. He always remembered me with his great smile and was forever friendly. He may not have known that I stopped by to visit him at Orchard Park several times recently, but I was pleased to play some of his requested "Hawaiian" music on his tape machine for him. He was a great soldier and a memorable human being. May he rest in peace. DE OPPRESSO LIBER.
PS: His memorial service this morning at Ft.Lewis was a wonderful family tribute and it was very nicely done. I am honored to have known him.##imported-begin##Rob Wekell##imported-end##
