Manley L. Morse's Obituary
Manley Lavern Morse, of Lisco, NE was born on September 14, 1932 to Lyle and Mildred Morse. He was one of seven children; Laila Mae, Helen, Iola, Lois, Ron, and Don, who all preceded him in death. Manley joined the Air Force after high school and married his sweetheart Janet Beal in 1952. After the Air Force he worked for Boeing for over 30 years and traveled all over the world as a flight supervisor. Manley and Janet had three children; Gail Stevens of Gig Harbor, WA, Glen Morse of Irving, CA, and Julie Arnett of Spanaway, WA. Dad lived in Tacoma for 60 years. When mom died, Dad became a snowbird spending time in Yuma Arizona. Dad loved to fish and hunt in his younger years with his longtime friend Jerry Roden. Manley is survived by his children; Gail Stevens, Glen Morse, and Julie Arnett, his grandchildren; Ryan Stevens, Shaun Stevens, Brieana Stevens, Dustin Stevens, Beau Stevens, Brad Arnett, Brett Arnett, Vera Arnett, and Jadalyn Arnett. He also leaves behind great grandchildren; Rylee Arnett, Landon Stevens, Malakai and Kaliyah Stevens, Stella Stevens, Selena Stevens, Ava Stevens, and Jaxsie Arnett.
Services will be held at Mountain View Funeral Home in Lakewood, WA on Wednesday March 5th at 10:00 am in the Garden Chapel.
