Manford R. Murphy's Obituary
Manford R. Murphy of Lakewood, WA passed away Thursday, September 19, 2002 at the age of 85. Manford was born in Thermopolis, Wyoming and has lived in Lakewood since 1955. He graduated from Colorado State University where he was a member of the Phi Kappa Tau and Alpha Zeta Fraternities. He then served his country in World War II as a Lt. Colonel. Also, for 62 years he was a member of the Masonic Lodge. He is survived by numerous family members which include his sister, two daughters, two son-in-laws, five grand children and five great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife and eldest daughter. Graveside Services will be held on September 26, 2002 at 11:30 AM at Mt. View Memorial Park.
