Mae Ruth Hudson's Obituary
Mae was born in Little Field, Texas and passed away peacefully October 22, 2006 at the Franciscan Hospice in Tacoma, Washington. She retired from Boeing as a Plastics Bench Mechanic after having worked there for over 25 years.Mae was the matriarch of a very large family, not only loving her own children, 16 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild, but a host of nieces, nephews, and friends. Mae loved the Lord and was a member of the Church of the Living God, under direction of Elder Lawrence White, Senior Pastor, and was affectionately known as the Â"Candylady.Â"She was preceded in death by her mother Boycie lona Mae Jefferson, father Ronald Milton Hunter, and sister Marie Keyes.She is survived by her sister Gloria Matthews and daughters Vergie Gregory, Tonetta Johnson, Carolyn Guice, Jo Johnson, Deborah Hudson, best friend Eula Powell(Peaches), andexhusband Vernelle H udson.Visitation will be held Friday, October 27, 2006 at lOam - 9pm at Mountain View. Services will be held 2pm on Saturday, October 28, 2006 at the Mountain View Valley Chapel.
