Mabel Violet Brown's Obituary
Mabel Violet Brown passed away peacefully with her loving family at her side on July 24, 2010 in Puyallup, WA. at the age of 87. Mabel was born to Ida and Robert Sprecher on July 4, 1923 in New Leipzig, North Dakota. She was the oldest of 9 children. Mabel was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend. She had a great love for dancing, music, flowers, birds, her pet Brandy and especially being with her family.
Mabel was preceded in death by her parents, husband Bud Brown and son Chuck Wyatt. Also preceding her in death were brother Bob Sprecher, sisters Emma Brown, Alice Cardwell and Lenora Cardwell. Mabel is survived by her loving children Diana Escacerga, Kenny (Darlene) Sprecher, Bud (Diane) Brown, Gary (Sue) Brown and David Brown. She is also survived by grandchildren Tris Kelly, Julie Sherer, Carlene (Pat) McClaine, Darriel (Heidi) Escacerga, Christopher (Audra) Brown, Jennifer (David) Smitley, Denise (Steve) Holt, Laura (Jeff)EForstein, Phillip (Melissa)EBrown, Adriane Brown, Carrie Brown, Charlie Sprecher, Kendra Sprecher, as well as 12 great grandchildren. Mabel is survived by sisters Doris Irvin, King City, ORE, Helen (Sam) Cardwell, Tigard, ORE, Ruby Baldwin,Newberg, ORE, and Carolyn (Bob) Lacey, Newberg, ORE.
Mabel is survived by many loving nieces and nephews as well as many wonderful and loving friends. The family would like to extend our love and sincere thanks for the wonderful, excellent and loving care given to our mom by the staff at both Meridian Hills Assisted Living and Linden Grove Health Care Center, both in Puyallup, WA. A special thank you to Diane Carey and Maria Gallwas. Our loving mother will be forever loved, greatly missed and in our hearts forever.
Services will be held on Friday July 30, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at Mt. View Funeral Home.EA celebration of our mothers life will be held following graveside service. Viewing will be Thursday July 29, 2010 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.
