Dear Auntie Mable. Thank you for all the wonderful memories you have given me. I remember the shopping trips downtown, canned milk, your wonderful stories about growing up with four sisters on a farm. You showed so much strength when Uncle Hank had to leave you even though your heart was breaking and you loved him and missed him so much. Many times you told me you could not hardly wait until you were with him again in heaven. Well, now you are there and I know you are together dancing and holding each other close as it has always meant to be. I love you Auntie Mable and I will keep you close in my heart for always. You were a delight, Mabel. I'll always remember your memorable garage sale, especially the one where I purchased your pink yard flamingos: the one with the missing leg was especially precious. I kept those birds for many years just as I will keep your sweet memory. You touched so many lives and lived your own to the fullest. Our sweet little Grandma, you will always hold a special place in all of our hearts. We will always hold fond memories of you and all the fun times we had. My kids were so lucky to have had you around for as long as they did. I hope the girls always remember tea parties with Grandma. All the sleepovers and lunches together, so many wonderful memories. Every time I can or sew I will think of all that you taught me. I know you are up with Grandpa now and watching over us all.
