he was very loved.
I was honored to work with Luis in the same unit. He was always warm and friendly and loved life. He was always kind and tried to help me learn. I am so saddened by his passing. He was a lovely man. I am so sorry for your loss.
Luis Millones was more than a friend, he was family. He opened the doors of his home and heart to everyone regardless of their status or position. He was the spark in moments of joy and a great support in moments of sorrow. He attended my graduation in 2015 and was sad he counld't attend my postgraduate graduation this year, but he told me he was very proud. His death is a great loss for the Peruvian and Latin American community in the State of Washington. He always tried to keep us together either in a party or fundraising. I feel very fortunate to have him as a friend. My heart is broken for this loss.
Lucho Millones attended my graduation at Bates Technical College representing the Peruvian Community in Washington State back 14 years ago, and for that I am thankful. May you Rest In Peace.
