Lucita S. Ang's Obituary
Lucita, known to many as Lucy, was the 6th child of 12. Born and raised in Nueva Ecija, Philippines. As a child & young woman, she always had an adventurous spirit and a thirst for knowledge that enabled her to pursue & complete her degree despite financial hardships. She used to tell us how she would work tirelessly in order to save enough for the next semester's expenses, encouraging us, her children, to learn what we can from her stories as we grow older and independent. As a wife and mother, she was loving, kind and a bit strict. She made sure that we always have enough to not want for anything else and always there to support us whenever we are in need. She showed us through her actions how to love unconditionally despite any given circumstance.
In life, Lucy had experienced and endured so much, which made her the strongest person we know. She remained steadfast with her love & generosity to her family despite all the hurdles she had to go through. Many of our relatives could attest to her giving nature and how she selflessly took care of them; and quite recently we found out, even to some people she hardly knew.
Lucy will be remembered as someone beautiful inside and out, intelligent, witty, always kind, and most of all, generous, who loved her family the deepest. She was someone who had the biggest heart and will forever be missed by those whose lives she has touched.
We love you Ma/Lola. Always.
