LTC Frank T.'s Obituary
Frank T. Walton, 87 years. Passed away May 27, 2005, at Madigan Army Medical Center. He was born in Wenatchee, Washington on August 3, 1917 to Mr. and Mrs. B.F. Walton. He served with the Army for 28 years, joining the Washington National Guard in 1941 and retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel from Ft. Lewis in 1969. In his retirement years he enjoyed woodworking with his buddies at the Lakewood Senior Center. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Gladys, Lakewood, WA; son James, Long Beach, California; daughter Christine (Philip) Yavorsky; granddaughters Cathy and Susie Yavorsky, and Debbie (Kevin) Joseph, OÂ'Fallon, Illinois. A Memorial Service will be held at 2pm on Friday, June 3, 2005, at Christ Lutheran Church, 8211 112th Street SW, Lakewood, WA. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to ChildrenÂ's Hospital Foundation, MS/s-200 P.O. Box 50020, Seattle, WA 98145-5020.
