Lowell Roach passed away July 12, 2012 at the age of 80. He was born to Wes and Della Roach of Bassett, TX. Lowell joined the Air Force and retired after 25 years of service, including two tours in Vietnam. After retiring, he spent the majority of his time at his cabin in Bay Center, WA.
Lowell was an avid sportsman, loved hunting and fishing, and was a lifetime member of the Tacoma Sportsman's Club.
Family was important to Lowell. He doted on his grandchildren and adored his great-grandchildren. He is survived by his son Kenneth (Janet) and daughter Pam Molner, five grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren. His wife Bettygene preceded him in death in 1996, after 43 years of marriage.
Viewing will be held from 2:00-9:00 PM Tuesday, July 17, 2012 at Mountain View Funeral Home. Graveside Services will be held at 1:30 PM Wednesday, July 18, 2012 at Mountain View Memorial Park. Contributions may be made to the Nemah Volunteer Fire Department, 190 N. Nemah Rd. East, South Bend, WA 98586.
