Louise Grajeda's Obituary
Louise passed away peacefully, of natural causes, on March 7, 2013, in Las Vegas, Nevada, surrounded by her husband and children. She was 90. She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Robert Grajeda Jr., Her son' Robert Grajeda III and wife Diane, of Puyallup, daughter Jenny Bender and husband Daniel, of Las Vegas, Nevada, daughter Debby Grajeda of Tacoma, son Jim Virgillo and wife Marrietta, of Astoria, Oregon, sister Ellen Atkins of Hamilton, Montana, as well as 10 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 2 great, great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Louise was born in Belfast, Ireland to James and Jane Crawford. She came to this country at the age of four. She grew up on McKinley Hill and lived most of her life in Tacoma. She and Bob spent the last five years living in Las Vegas, in the care of their daughter Jenny and son-in-law Daniel, along with many loving caregivers. A special "thank you" to Sara, Brenda, Betty and Sherri. Louise was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. She devoted her life to her children. She was very loved and will be missed with many great memories.
A memorial service, celebrating her life, will be held Saturday, March 16, 2013, at 3PM, at Mountain View Funeral Home, in the Aspen Chapel. A reception will follow. In honor of Louise's Irish heritage, as well as St. Patrick's Day, please join the family in wearing something green.
