I am very saddened by the loss of this lovely woman. I lived in Cabbagetown from 1979 to 2004 and had many occasions to chat with Louise. That is, when she wasnn't sailing past on her bicyce with her beloved daughters. That is my fondest memory of Louise ..... peddling like crazy through the streets of Cabbagetown, hair flying, daughters and pups following. Always with a smiie. Louise will be sadly missed. She was a most energetic thread to the fabric that is Cabbagetown.
I knew Louise from knitting club and saw her often at the YMCA. She was always upbeat, happy, engaged, and such a lovely person. I have fond memories of her tootling around Cabbagetown on her bike, and ensconced in lively conversations with everyone she met. We were acquaintances but her death has deeply shocked me.
I am so sorry for your loss of this lovely, lively, and beautiful mother. I know she was an inspiration to you and your sisters, a true example of how to live life to its fullest. That's how I'll remember her.
