Louisa S. Leblanc- Kine (Windy)

Louisa worked at Nabisco, the Puyallup Tribal clinic, Western State Hospital as a child attendant, foster mother for Puyallup Tribe and lived out the last of her years as a home maker. She graduated from St. Leo’s in Tacoma. She loved to bake cookies, go on road trips, camping, dancing and having great time partying with her family and friends, but most of all, she loved spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lewis and Lucy Kine. Her brother Jimmy Kine and sister Adele Grijallva. She is survived by her sister Mary Ann Jones (Vern) and husband, Edward LeBlanc Jr. Louisa’s 5 children: Carmen Hamilton (Raymond) three children and four grand children, Frank Earl (Martina) 11 children and 5 great grandchildren, Nicholas Earl (Tina) and son, Jessica Collins and 5 children. Lucia Earl-Mitchell (Robert) and 6 children, goddaughter Maria Grijalva and and numerous nieces and nephews.
A rosary will be held on Friday, January 25th at 3pm at the Valley Chapel, officiated by Father Pat Twohy.
A final service will be held on January 26th at 10am at the Valley Chapel.
