Louis M. Bruno's Obituary
Louie was born January 8, 1910 in Crested Butte, CO and passed away May 11, 2003 in Tacoma, WA. He was 93 years young.He was raised in Colorado and worked in the coal mines until 1947 when he moved to Tacoma. He then worked for Lyle Wood Products until he retired in 1973.Louie was an avid bowler until the age of 91. He also loved music and dancing. His busy life included memberships with the Moose, Eagles, and the Sons of Italy.He is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Sue; son, Frank Bruno; daughter-in-law, Joan Bruno; 4 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren. He was proud to be married for 66 years and often told everyone.Viewing will be from 2pm to 9pm, Thursday May 15th at Mountain View Funeral Home.Services will be 11am, Friday, May 16, 2003 in the Mt. View Garden Chapel.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in LouisÂ' name to a charity of your choice.
