Oh, Louis. I just saw this. I still have the vase that you made for me. I am so sorry. I tried to reconnect with you for years ... I am so sorry.

To the Landry Family,
Sat next to Louis for a week in July during his rotation in DC and found Louis to be smart, thoughtful and always talking about his family, as he missed you all very much. I am very sorry for you loss and will keep you in my prayers during this difficult time. Layne Luke NAVSEA 04X
Louis, I will always remember your fierce defense of the underdog, and your cheerful ability to turn the other cheek and not hold a grudge. Thinking about the silly things you did just to make others happy will always make me smile. Rest in peace, Louis, you will truly be missed.

Louis was the guy who could make anyone smile and be inspired about life. He had so much energy and was a positive person. I'll never forget how bright his face was when he introduced me to his wife and daughter a few years back when we ran into each other at the grocery store. He was so proud! We grew up together and had such a great group of friends that shared so many fun times, the stories could go on for hours. One fond memory in particular was his top hat, tails, and cane at our senior prom. It was top notch! He was never afraid to be himself and I always admired that. Louis, thank you for your friendship, the unforgettable laughs through high school, and for showing us how special life is. May you rest in peace my friend, and may your family be comforted. Love, Nori Roman
