London Marshall's Obituary
London Jaci Marshall, age 9, died on Saturday, March 25 2017, at Seattle Children's Hospital in Seattle, WA. London was born on September 10, 2007, in Portsmouth, VA, to parents LaTrayl and Brian. Born with the burden of sickle cell anemia, she took on this disease with a grace and power that would move mountains. A vivacious, high-spirited child, London was known by her family and friends to be sharp, smart, and had just the right amount of 'ttude. She loved creating things as an artist, had a huge imagination, and turned everything into an adventure. She loved animals and even though purple was her favorite color, she was was no girly girl. She was her brother's best friend, and these two peas in a pod had each others' backs no matter what. She was everything that love embodied, and we will feel her love in and around us forever.
London is survived by her parents, LaTrayl and Brian and her brother Blu; her maternal grandparents, Jimmie Murphy and Linda Quarles; her paternal grandparents, Jacy and Walter Houston, grandfather Edward Lee Marshall; and many cousins, aunts, uncles, and extended family, and Rayne and Kitkat.
A service gathering to celebrate the life of, London J. Marshall will be held 11:00 AM Friday, March 31, 2017 at Sunnyside Beach Park, Steilacoom, WA.
