Lois Ellen Willett's Obituary
Lois Ellen Willett was born in White Salmon, Washington on July 24, 1917. She received a teaching certificate from Eastern Oregon College of Education and taught elementary school in several Oregon and Washington communities.On June 15, 1947 she married Ronald Willett of The Dalles, Oregon. They had three children, Denise, Ron and Delora.Lois and her family were active members of Lake City Community Church where she had leadership in both childrenÂ's and womenÂ's ministry.She passed away on July 21, 2003 at St. JosephÂ's Hospital. Lois is survived by her husband; her daughter, Denise Kellogg and her son-in-law, Ken Kellogg; her son, Ron Willett and daughter-in-law, Sydney Willett; and three grandchildren, Robert and Whitney Willett and Abraham Kellogg.Those wishing to give a gift to the memory of Lois Willett are asked to give them to the Lois Willett Memorial Fund at Lake City Community Church.Graveside services will be held on Saturday July 26, 2003 at 10:30 A.M. at Mountain View Memorial Park, 4100 Steilacoom Blvd. S.W., Tacoma, WA. A Memorial Service will be held the same day at 1:00 P.M. at Lake City Community Church, 8810 Lawndale Ave., Lakewood, WA 98498.
