Lloyd M. Dolan
Lloyd -Å"Sonny- M. Dolan, 75, passed away April 30, 2012 at his home in Graham, WA.
He was born on July 14, 1936 to Lloyd R. and Eleanor (Elvrom) Dolan in Tacoma, WA.
Sonny was a retired Gunnery Sergeant for the U.S. Marines. Following his military service he worked for Morgan Trucking as a Truck Driver and then as a Security Guard.
Sonny was an avid golfer and Bowler.
Sonny is survived by his wife Jean; daughters, Brenda (Robert) Morgan, Debbie (Mike) Cuyle, JennieLee (Don) Bradley and a special daughter April (Ray) Winters; sons David Dolan, Charles (Cheryl) Schmidt, William Schmidt and Jacob Schmidt; brother Richard (Janice) Dolan; six grandchildren, one great- grandchild and numerous cousins and friends. Sonny was preceded in death by his first wife Sue, parents and a sister.
Graveside services were held at 10:15 am Monday, May 7, 2012 at Tahoma National Cemetery in Kent, WA. Memorial contributions can be sent to Group Health Hospice.
