Linda Ritthaler's Obituary
Linda Carol (Rice) Ritthaler, 76, passed away in Tucson, Arizona on April 29, 2021. She was a 1962 graduate of Mt. Tahoma High School. Linda was a tireless worker, establishing a real estate company in her 30’s and later working as a bus driver for special needs students in the Puyallup School District. She volunteered for a variety of civic and community organizations dedicated to helping disabled children and those in need and was a member of the Puyallup Valley Lions Club. She enjoyed crafts, car shows, her dogs, and traveling.
Linda was married to her husband, Richard Ritthaler, for 43 years. She is survived by Richard, daughters and sons-in law: Debra Mustain and Clarke Stephens of Tucson, AZ and Rhonda Talbot-Lohr and David Lafond of Tucson, AZ. She is also survived by her grandchildren Lauren Oppelt, Dylan Oppelt, Bayleigh and Brad Solomon, Cierra Lohr, Chloe Lohr and one great-grandchild, Waylon Solomon. She was preceded in death by her son, Joey Ritthaler, stepson Tommy Ritthaler, and son-in-law Kevin Lohr. She will be missed by all and will be remembered for her fierce independence, kindness toward others, and her love for her family.
Graveside services will take place at Mountain View Memorial Park in Lakewood on Monday, June 7 at 10:30 am. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in her memory to the American Stroke Association/American Heart Association.
