Linda Little's Obituary
Linda Margaret Little, 73, of Tacoma, has joined God at 4:05 PM, Monday, February 25, 2019, at St. Francis Hospital in Tacoma, Washington, surrounded by her loved ones. She was born October 8, 1945, in Watseka, Illinois, to Donald Trumble and June Larson. She is a widower of James “Jim” Little.
She is survived by her brother Ronald Keith Trumble of Loveland, Colorado; sons Timothy Little and Michael Little; a daughter Cheryl Little; 8 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren mostly residing in the Puget Sound Region.
She was predeceased by her 25yr partner Bill Trip.
Linda was a long-time resident of Tacoma where she lived since moving from Illinois to Colorado and ultimately Washington in the early 1990’s. She graduated from Watseka High School in 1964. She wore many hats, but most notably was a seamstress, a housewife, and housing manager for her career.
Her passion in life was loving her family. She enjoyed holidays, especially Halloween and Christmas, as well as being surrounded by her kids, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She was also an avid bowler most of her life.
The viewing is from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM on Sunday, March 10, 2019, at the Mountain View Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 1:30 PM on Sunday, March 10, 2019, at the Church of Nazarene in Auburn. The burial will be held at the Mountain View Cemetery on March 11, 2019 at 1:30pm.
