Linda Jo Howard's Obituary
Linda Jo Adams Howard, 67, passed away on June 23, 2019. She was born in Anchorage, AK, on September 5, 1951, the daughter of Raymond and Joice (Holt) Adams.
Linda had a creative mind and could create new things out of almost anything. She enjoyed working with her hands especially if it involved sewing, cooking, or working in her garden. Yellow roses were her favorite. Linda was a member of the Tacoma Elks lodge #174 for years 2 years but worked as a food server for many. She transferred her membership to the Lakewood Elks #2388 in 2007 where she served on the decorating committee and, then was the events rental manager for 4. Linda could decorate a room and make it look magical.
Linda is survived by her children, Lonny Williams and Lynnette (Corey) Worrell; grandchildren, Austin Crenshaw, Ashly Crenshaw, and Joshua Worrell; great grandchildren Carter Scroggins and Kimberlynn Scroggins; brothers, Lynn Adams, Dale Adams, Richard Adams, and Gary Adams; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to her parents, Linda is predeceased by her husband Leo “Jerry” Howard.
