Linda and I volunteered Saturday afternoons at the LDS Genealogy Library in Tacoma. She was the resident guru and everyone turned to her for information. She rarely could not answer a question. She had an encyclopedic knowledge of genealogy, but if she didn't know the answer to your question, she would find it for you.
She did not suffer fools gladly and she ran a tight ship. She combined this with a great sense of humor and a fierce sense of loyalty.
Our mutual interest was genealogy. Her interest was so intense I always envisioned her me as the kind of woman who lived during the past two hundred years and helped make our country what it is.
She was a wonderful woman and a beautiful human being. I miss her.##imported-begin##Dennis L. Nelson##imported-end##
