Mom's Story
Linda Lou Iverson, devoted wife and loving mother, went to be with the Lord and her husband Paul on 4/17/14. Linda was born in Topeka, Kansas to Gerald Rollings and Bernadine Wilson-Rollings. She was one of nine children.
She graduated from Wilson High School and went on to Clover Park Voc. Tech. where she received her certificate in accounting. She met and married Paul Iverson at church, where she was a member of the missionettes.
She raised four children and worked full-time as a housekeeper for a nursing home in order to supplement the family income. Her hobbies included: Bingo, Yahtzee, Reading, and puzzles.
She is survived by her daughters Janna Roberts and Irma Ward; sons Paul Iverson and Gerald Iverson; 7 grandchildren Brent, Jennifer, Jerry, Josh, Jessica, Daniel, and Cierra; 11 great grandchildren Natalie, Logan, Miranda, Christinia, Gabriella, Amber, Olivia, Owen, Leah, Johnathan and Serenity; sister Cass Rollings and brother Don Rollings.
A celebration of Linda's life will be held at 1pm, Sunday, April 27, 2014 at the Lamb of God Community Christian Church, 13022 Pacific Avenue South, Tacoma, WA.
