I'm so sorry that I was out of town when Linda passed away and for the service. Linda was one of the first people I met when I came to Tacoma in 1975. She was one of the warmest individuals I have ever known. I know that she brought light into many lives. I have very fond memories of my aunt Linda. My memories are of when I was a child years ago and were staying with Grangma Grace. Linda always held a special piece of my heart. Looking on her precious life helps me get through some of the hard times that plague us all. I know in my heart that she is with Grandma Burgess , Grandpa Glenn, and the rest of our precious family. Linda, you are my sister-in-law by marriage, but my friend by choice. I am so very glad we had those Wednesday evenings together, tho they were way to few. It was so much fun working on Grace's scrapbook with you. It wasn't finished, but we would have plenty of time.....but we didn't. We laughed a lot, sometimes we cried but it wasn't enough. There would be plenty of time......but there wasn't. So here we all are, with this big hole in our hearts. You were such a strong person Linda and you loved everyone unconditionally. I thought I'd get to say that to you.......but I didn't. Now you are a very special angel, looking down on us and helping us get past this grief. Now, you can run and jump...and you can drive a car, just like you always wanted to. Your Brother's heart is broken, but it will mend......there will be enough time. We miss you so very much it can not be mesured. I will always remember our late nights and long talks, shopping, crafts, stamping, and scrapbooking. I will miss watching scary movies with you and, although I would complain, explaining what you missed while you dozed off. I will always cherrish the time we spent together and I am thankful the my daughter(Morgana) got to stay with you and go shopping with you before you were called to heaven. You were so strong we thought you would never leave. I will miss you and I will think of you rolling around and laughing everytime I stub my toe, trip, fall or in any other way hurt myself. I love you Linda Lou.

Linda we may not have know you personally, but Cheryle talked about you all the time. She shared stories of her relationship she had with you and it was always known how much you meant to her. Your presence will be greatly missed. Rest in Peace.

Auntie,
You have always been there for me. You were my best friend, a confidant.
Iâ€™ll never forget all the fun times weÃ‚â€™ve had over the years; trips to Target or the mall; stuffing down Eagle Brand, Peanut butter or cookie dough; playing games on the computer; playing with Annabelle our beloved hamster; having sleepovers with Meggy, Gracey and Rachel; talking about everything in there world there is to ponder. All these memories and many more.
I always knew I could go to you if I had a secret, was in trouble or just really excited for something. You gave me extra confidence and showed me the light in the darkness. Your faith was unshakable and you always shared that with me. I hope I grow up to be just like you.
I want to thank you for all your teachings, humor and love. I want to thank you for being the most influential person in my life.
