My wife, Kjeri and I knew Linda in many ways. One of those ways involved LInda being a reader of my column in the The Suburban Times titled, Westside Story. Linda often read and commented on my articles. We always looked forward to having her share her observations and thoughts.
Within the last two years, Linda gave me a couple of ideas and asked me to write about them. I wrote the first story right away.
About two years later I wrote and published the second story on August 5, 2016, "The Suburban Times, Westside Story - Who Is This Guy?".
I had a smile on my face as I put the story together, thinking Linda was going to enjoy seeing her requested story in print.
I left voice mail for Linda in my effort to discuss the future publication of her requested story, but later learned she was busy fighting for her life, so I did not call back.
I hope LInda saw her second story. Thank you, LInda, for your wonderful caring story ideas.
