Lillian U. Dunaway's Obituary
Lillian U. Dunaway, 94, of Olympia, WA died on February 18, 2014 at St. Peter’s Hospital. She Left this life just as she lived it-surrounded by her family. She was preceded in death by her son, Jeffrey Beausoliel. Lillian is survived by five children: Geri (Rick) Niemeyer of Lacey, WA; Brian (Carla) Beausoleil of Federal Way, WA; Kim (Vicky) Dunaway of Olympia, WA; Carlene Beausoleil of Fall City, WA; and Diane (Kevin) Powell of Carrolton, TX. She is also Survived by 21 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
Lillian was born on July 8, 1919 in Barrington, Rhode Island. She was blessed with a huge family, and spent her whole life in trying to keep up with them. She had a witty personality, she adored John Wayne, and her handwritten Christmas cards were famous among the family. Her loss will be felt by many in the community; from her family and friends, to the Girls at the beauty shop (where she never missed an appointment,) She left a mark on all who knew her.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00AM on Thursday, February 27, 2014 at Calvary Chapel in Olympia.
