Lieselotte Wera Saueressig's Obituary
Lieselotte "Lilo" Saueressig Lilo Saueressig passed away peacefully on March 4, 2008. She was 87 years old. Born in Leipzig, Germany on January 18, 1921, Lilo spent her young adult years as a student of the Academy of Arts and Technology in Hanau, Germany. She earned a Masters in Goldsmith and Jewelry design. She came to America after World War II and started a family. Lilo was a widow. She is survived by a son, Perry Saueressig of Lacey WA, and two daughters, Esme Sasser of Portland, OR and Cora Lewis of Tacoma, WA. Lilo had six grand-daughters and three great grand-daughters. She is also survived by two sisters, nieces and nephews, and many friends, some of which were life-long, some newer, but all special to her. A memorial service will be held on March 25, 2008 at 1:00 PM at Mountain View Funeral Home, Garden Chapel, 4100 Steilacoom Blvd. S.W., Tacoma, WA.
