Lewis Andy Genga,'s Obituary
Lewis spent 24 years as a loyal Military Serviceman from 1947 until 1971 and he later spent 15 years and a Corrections Officer on McNeil Island from 1981 until 1997. Lewis was also a Security Officer for NWPS on the tide flats. With his free time, he enjoyed fishing, golf, and in his early years, hunting.He is survived by his sisters, Mary Vernon of Tennessee, and Louise (Cliff) Goodrich of North Dakota; brother, Charles Genga of Virginia; children, Anna Maria (Ron) Parnell of Tacoma, Annette (Mick) Tuson of Tacoma, André (Zanie) Genga of Tacoma, Tony (Suzi) Genga of Gig Harbor, Anita (Mike) Moffitt of Juneau, AK, Angie (Alonso) Inostroz of Germany, Gino Genga of Gig Harbor, Denise (Perry) Howard of Tacoma, and Louise (Doug) Freas of Stevensville, MT; stepchildren, Nikki Minchew of Puyallup, Don (Genita) Minchew of Tacoma, Jody (Ernie) Ferguson of Lacy; 28 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. Lewis was loved and will be missed by all.Services will be held at 4 P.M., Saturday, September 27, 2003 at the Mt.
