Leslie S. Rogers' Obituary
Leslie Sarah Rogers (Rutherford), a long time resident of Seattle, passed away August 9, 2008. Leslie attended Wilson High School in Tacoma and North Texas State University, where she joined her beloved Delta Sigma Theta Sorority. Leslie was a devoted mother, sister, wife and dedicated sorority sister. Despite a long debilitating illness, she maintained a positive, upbeat spirit with a strong commitment for the well being and happiness of others. She was a member of Seattle International Christian Church. On her behalf, the family wishes to thank those that cared for Leslie throughout the years. Leslie is survived by her daughter Helen Leslie Rogers and sister Stevie Ruth Rutherford (California). Services Saturday, August 16, 2008. Viewing at 3 pm and ceremony at 4 pm.
