Leslie L. Sample, Jr. passed peacefully into the arms of Jesus on May 20, 2012 at his home. Les was born on September 8, 1957 in Elmira, New York. He is survived by his wife Rhonda, mother Norma Sample, siblings Cheryl (Rich) Meyer, Robin (Roger) Hose, Michele (Roger) Forsythe, Stacey Holbrook, Jerry (Cim) Sample, Kim Sample, and Terry (Jodee) Sample, and a multitude of special nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Leslie L. Sample, Sr. A viewing will be held on Thursday, May 24th from 12-5pm at Mountain View Funeral Home, 4100 Steilacoom Blvd. SW, Lakewood, WA 98499.
