Iam very sorry i didn't reach Leroy the week before, I am LEROY'S first cousin, my father, Oscar Neeley was LEROY'S father's brother.
My Uncle Rocky.- Leroy and I were close as children and seemed to loose touch in later years, as a child I was very proud of LEROY when he came to visit us in his Navy Uniform. Those are my best memories as a child.
My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
