Leroy A. Dixon's Obituary
Leroy Andrew Dixon went home to be with his Lord and Savior on May 14, 2006.Leroy was born in Aberdeen, SD and passed away unexpectedly from complications of a massive stroke. Leroy leaves behind his devoted wife, Sharylyn, of 38 years, his son James (Estella), daughter Candie (Chris), 8 grandchildren, sister Shirley and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his son Ben. Leroy graduated from Aberdeen High School and Dunwiddy Technical College. He served 8 years in the USAF and retired from Supervalu after 34 years. Leroy was a friend to everyone he met and loved by all who knew him. Leroy was deeply devoted to his family, dedicated to God and loved his country. Â"I thank and praise God for your life, Leroy I am blessed to have called you best friend and husband even though it ended too soon.Â"Viewing will be from 1:00-9:00PM on Friday, May 19, 2006 at Mountain View Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 10:00AM on Saturday, May 20, 2006 in the Mountain View Celebration of Life Center.
