Dennis and Fritz. This is your cousin Bob Freidhoff who originall lived in Johnstown. Remember the visit I made with you on my return from Viet Nam. I found this web site quite by accident. Its been a long time and I would love to hear from you. You can contact me via e-mail or by phone at 412 343 6137 my cell phone is 412 760 3569. I was just in Johnstown last week for the funeral of my aunt Virginia Lloyd. She was a vetran of WWII and served in the army nurse corps. She landed in Normandy 10 days after the invasion and followed the army the whole way to VE day. She was one of the first ambericans to visit Bukenvald concentration camp. She also won the bronz star.

I am always saddened when someone dies, although they are at peace, we still miss them very much. Jesus Wept just before he resurrected Lazarus. What comforts me the most is the promises Jesus made of a resurrection (john 11:25) and of Seeing them again and Living Forever with our loved ones, in Paradise (John 3:16,36; Psalm 37:29) (luke 23:43). What also comforts me is that these promises may also comfort your family as well. â€œBlessed are those who mourn, since they will be comfortedÃ‚â€ (math5:40; 2Cor1:3,4).
