Lenar Tysean Settle's Obituary
Lenar Tysean Settle was born on Feb 2, 1991 to Tresa Settle and Richard McClish. Lenar was the first born from his parents union. Later, his parents blessed him with two other siblings, Jerome and Kitana. Lenar also has three other siblings, Taniece, DeAndre and Kiara.
His education journey started in NY and he graduated from his HS in Whitehall, PA. Lee attended college briefly then followed his fathers’ and older brother's path and joined the U.S. Army.
May 21, 2013 Lenar started his military career and was trained to repair helicopters. His first duty assignment wasat Humphreys, Korea until 2017.
Lenar, in 2017, was stationed at Ft, Texas. He was then promoted to SGT. After a few months, he was then assigned a temporary assignment in Illesheim, Germany. While in Germany, Lenar Settle met the love of his life, Francesca. After 2 months of dating, he proposed to her. Francesca and Lenar were married on Nov 12, 2018 in Ft Hood, TX.
Jan 2019, Lenar was reassigned to Ft Lewis-McChord, WA as his new duty station. Their 1st child, Jasmine was born on Mar. 5, 2019. He continued to work hard and went from a helicopter repairer to technical inspector and now promoted to Staff Sergeant. SSG Settle served honorably and received awards, medals and certificates for his diligent work during his Army career.
SSG Lenar Settle departed this world on Sep 6, 2020 and is survived by his wife, daughter, unborn son, Father, 3 sisters, 2 brothers, grandmother, grandfather, a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends
