Lena S. (Lou)'s Obituary
Lena Jones, 98, passed away peacefully August 26, 2005. Born in Palermo, ND, July 5, 1907 to Auver and Hanna Lider. Came to Tacoma in 1925 and met Allen D. Jones in 1927; they married January 14, 1928. Worked at Rhodes Department Store and retired from Liberty House in 1970, member of Retired Retail Clerks Union #367, charter member of Lakewood Emblem Club #441, member of Local #163 NARFE. Preceded in death by her husband Allen D. and granddaughter Karen Floss; survived by her son, Allen (Olga) Jones and daughter Donna (Bill) Floss, seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, August 30, 2005, at the Mountain View Garden Chapel.
