Lelia "Suzie" Hoag's Obituary
Mom was born September 6, 1924 to Eugenio and Rosa Dini in Zurich, Switzerland. She passed away April 8 at the age of 89.
Lelia is survived by her sister, Babe Dini of Trieste, Italy, cousins Melania and Angela Benetti from Viareggio, Italy. Her kids Gino and wife Carmen, James, Michael and Joyce. Her 5 grandchildren Jessika, Amber, McKenzi, James and Mario. She was preceded in death by her husband James and brother Pino.
Mom was raised in Trieste, Italy where she met and married Pvt. James Hoag in 1950. They came to America in 1952. Mom was a very loving, caring, kind and giving person. She will be sadly missed.
The family would like to thank the staff at St. Clare Hospital and Kindred Care Center for all their help. Your loyalty, kindness and care will always be remembered.
Visitation will be from 12pm to 4pm, Saturday, April 19 at Mountain View Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 2pm, Monday, April 21 at Mountain View Celebration of Life Center Aspen Chapel. Memorial donations can be sent to Visitation Church, 3314 S 58th St, Tacoma, WA 98409.
